Shipping Policy

Everything on Sports Basics ships from our base in Hawthorne, CA, and this page sets out exactly what that costs and how long it takes.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery costs a flat $3.99 anywhere we ship, and drops to nothing once the order total reaches $34. The figure shown at checkout is the figure charged.

How quickly orders leave

Orders placed on a working day before mid-afternoon are usually picked the same day; anything later goes out the next working day. Transit is typically a few working days depending on distance.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We are not currently able to send orders to addresses outside the country.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel has not moved for several days or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the carrier and put it right.
