Privacy Policy

This notice explains what Sports Basement South Bay collects when you use sportsbasics.shop, why, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

To take an order we need a name, a delivery address, an email address and a phone number. Payment is handled by our payment provider, so card numbers do not reach us.

Why we hold it

That information is used to process and deliver the order, to answer you if you get in touch, and to meet the record-keeping the law requires. It is not sold, and it is not rented.

Who else sees it

The only outside parties who see any of it are the carrier that delivers the parcel and the payment provider that takes the money — each gets only what its job needs.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies a shop needs to work — keeping your basket between pages and holding your session. Blocking them in your browser will break the cart.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to [email protected].
