Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item bought from Sports Basics that is not right for you.

Condition we can accept

The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot resell something that has been opened and used, so that condition is firm rather than a formality.

How to return something

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and which item you want to return.
2. We reply with a return address and a reference to put in the box.
3. Send the item back, packed so it survives the trip.
4. Once it arrives and is checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method.

Who pays the return postage

Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered — in those cases we pay, and we do not deduct a restocking fee in any case.

How the refund is made

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked. Your bank decides how quickly it then appears on the statement.
