Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled at no cost right up until it is handed to the carrier.

Before dispatch

Email [email protected] with the order number as soon as you can. If the parcel has not gone, we stop it and refund in full.

After dispatch

Once it has shipped an order cannot be recalled, but you can still refuse the delivery or return it under the 30-day return policy.

Cancellations we make

Occasionally we have to cancel an order ourselves — stock that turns out to be damaged, or a delivery address we cannot serve. If that happens you are refunded in full and told why.
